What's allowed at ailina, what isn't, and how our moderation works. Last updated: May 7, 2026.

✓ What's allowed

• Roleplay between consenting adult characters
• Romantic, flirty and intimate conversations between adults
• Sexually explicit content (Premium/VIP), all characters are 18+
• Creative writing, fantasy, dark themes, as long as no real people are depicted
• Discussion of personal topics, mental health, relationships

⛔ Strictly forbidden - Instant suspension

For the following content, our zero-tolerance rule applies. Accounts are suspended instantly, even on first violation. No roleplay, no "just fantasy" exception.

• Sexual content involving or about minors (CSAM)
• Non-consensual acts, sexual violence, rape
• Incest or family-member sex
• Sodomy, bestiality, animal abuse
• Real violence, torture depictions, snuff content
• Terrorism, extremism, attack planning
• Human trafficking, exploitation
• Content about real, living people (incl. celebrities)
• Sourcing illegal drugs, weapons, hacking guides

🛡️ How we moderate

Every message goes through multiple control layers in real time:

1. Regex pre-check — Instant block on clear violations before the AI responds.
2. Llama Guard 3 — Meta's safety model checks every user input.
3. Gemini Flash — Google AI checks every AI response before display.
4. Hotmate AI — Asynchronous card-network compliance scan, required by Centrobill (our payment provider).

On violation, the message is blocked and a full audit trail is stored in our database. For zero-tolerance content the account is suspended instantly.

📩 Report a violation

If you see illegal content on ailina.chat, registered user or not, report it. We review every report within 24 hours and remove content that violates these guidelines.

🚩 File an appeal (false positives)

If your message was blocked by mistake, you can file an appeal. Every blocked message in chat has a "File appeal" button.

1. Click the button below the blocked message
2. Briefly describe why you think the block was wrong
3. Submit, we review every appeal personally within 24h
4. If valid, the block is reversed + strike removed

⚖️ Legal obligations

If real CSAM is detected, we are legally required to report it to NCMEC (US) or the Internet Watch Foundation (UK), as well as German law enforcement. User data is fully transmitted to authorities in such cases.

All characters on ailina are AI-generated and 18+. No real people are depicted. We nevertheless reserve the right to prevent and report any attempt to circumvent this rule.
