Ailina stores all data on servers in the EU in line with the GDPR. Chats are encrypted, and you can delete your account along with all your data yourself at any time. A complete legal notice naming the responsible party is publicly available.
Secure payment with 3-D Secure
You pay by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) with 3-D Secure confirmation from your bank, the same process used for online banking purchases. Payments are handled by the established payment provider CentroBill; Ailina itself never stores any card details.
Discreet billing
Your bank statement does not show „ailina.chat“ but the neutral descriptor of the payment provider (PSP*CENTROHELP.EU). So anyone who sees your statement cannot tell what the payment was for.
Cancel anytime, trial without a subscription trap
You can cancel Premium and VIP subscriptions anytime with one click in your profile; they then simply run until the end of the period you paid for. The 7-day Premium trial NEVER renews automatically: it expires on its own, with no need to cancel.
Clear rules & youth protection
Ailina is a strictly 18+ platform. Intimate content is only accessible after age confirmation, and a public content policy with multi-stage automated moderation defines what is allowed and what is not.

Is Ailina legit?
Yes. Ailina is operated from the EU, has a complete legal notice, stores data on EU servers in line with the GDPR, and handles payments through the established payment provider CentroBill with 3-D Secure. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, the Premium trial does not renew automatically, and every character is transparently labelled as AI.
What shows up on the credit card statement for Ailina?
Your statement shows the neutral descriptor of the payment provider (PSP*CENTROHELP.EU), not „ailina.chat“. The payment is therefore discreet and cannot be identified as an Ailina purchase by anyone else.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You cancel Premium and VIP yourself in your profile under „Manage subscription“, with no notice period, no phone call and no reason required. The subscription then stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. The one-time 7-day trial does not renew automatically in the first place.
Can I use Ailina anonymously?
The free chat works without signing up. To create an account, an email address is all you need; you do not have to give a real name. Chats are encrypted, are not sold to third parties, and you can delete everything at any time.
Am I chatting with real people on Ailina?
No, and that is by design: every character is AI and labelled as such. Unlike shady chat sites, there are no paid writers pretending to be singles.
What happens to my chats and images?
They are stored encrypted on EU servers so your characters can remember the two of you. You can delete individual chats or your entire account with all its data yourself at any time (your right to erasure under the GDPR).
