Our refund policy for digital content on ailina.chat.
1. Digital Goods
The products offered on ailina.chat (trial access, Premium subscriptions, VIP subscriptions, diamond packages) are digital content that are not delivered on a physical data carrier.
All purchases grant immediate access to the corresponding digital features and content of the platform.
2. Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
Under Sec. 356 para. 5 BGB (or Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal expires for contracts on digital content once we start performing the contract.
By purchasing, you explicitly agree that we begin providing access immediately (activation of diamonds/Premium features) and that you lose your right of withdrawal.
3. Technical Issues & Goodwill
If technical errors occur (e.g., diamonds are not credited despite payment, Premium status is not activated), we guarantee manual crediting or a full refund.

4. Subscriptions & Cancellation
Subscriptions (Premium, VIP) can be canceled at any time at the end of the current term. There are no minimum terms beyond the paid period.
- The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- All features remain active until the end of the paid period
- Already paid periods are not refunded pro rata
- Diamonds do not expire upon cancellation and can still be used as long as the account is active
5. Diamond Packages
Individually purchased diamond packages are one-time purchases. Since diamonds are credited to the account immediately after purchase, the waiver of withdrawal for digital content with immediate access also applies here.
Diamonds do not expire and can be used at any time as long as the account is active.
