Legal Notice & Transparency: ailina.chat is a pure entertainment platform for adults. All profiles shown on this website (e.g. Lina, Sophie, Rico, Maya) are fictional, AI-generated characters (AI Girls / AI Boys). All interactions, biographies, images and location details are part of an artistic roleplay in a virtual environment. No real-life meetings are arranged; physical encounters between users and characters are technically and contractually excluded. All communication takes place exclusively with an artificial intelligence.

AI Technologies Used:

• Chat AI: DeepSeek V3.2 and Meta Llama 3.3 70B (via OpenRouter) for normal conversations; Microsoft WizardLM-2 8x22B, Sao10K Euryale v2.2 & Stheno (via Novita.ai) for roleplay/NSFW content; Pollinations.ai as fallback
• Content Moderation: Meta Llama Guard 4 12B (input safety screening) + Google Gemini 2.0 Flash (policy check layer 2), both via OpenRouter
• Image Generation: Replicate (Black Forest Labs FLUX Dev with LoRA fine-tuning; FLUX 1.1 Pro Ultra for pet images), Novita.ai & Pollinations.ai (various SDXL/FLUX models as fallback); the LoRA weights used come from CivitAI (freely available open-source models)
• Face Identity: Replicate (FLUX PuLID, codeplugtech Face-Swap), Novita.ai (Merge-Face)
• Video Generation: Novita.ai (WAN 2.2)
• Speech Synthesis: ElevenLabs and Cartesia (Text-to-Speech)
• Memory System: Mem0 for conversation context

All generated images, videos and voice messages are fully synthetic and do not depict real persons. The LoRA models used are freely available open-source weights and do not contain biometric data of real persons.

These Terms apply to the use of the platform ailina.chat and all related services on all devices.

Ailina provides you with AI-based chat conversations with fictional characters. The characters are not real and serve exclusively for entertainment. All profile pictures, voices and generated media content are fully AI-generated and do not depict real persons.

The use of Ailina is only permitted from the age of 18. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for all activities under your account. You may not share your account with others or use it for illegal purposes.

All contents of your chats are treated confidentially and processed according to our privacy policy.

Free: 15 messages per day, 5 base characters (from over 50 available; the library grows continuously through official and community characters), 50 diamonds welcome bonus, image generation (25 diamonds, no spicy content; spicy requires a diamond purchase or subscription), login streak diamonds (3→10/day), 1 custom character (after verification).

7-Day Trial: €4.99 one-time (only 1x per user) for 7 days full access with unlimited messages, all 50+ characters, 300 diamonds, image generation, spicy images and voice messages (10 diamonds per message). No automatic renewal.

Auto-renewal of subscriptions: Premium and VIP subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the paid period (1 month or 1 year) at the then-current rates unless cancelled beforehand. The charge to your stored payment method is processed automatically by our payment service provider. Cancellation is possible anytime under "Manage subscription" (ailina.chat/abo-verwalten). After cancellation you retain full access until the end of the already-paid period; afterwards your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. The 7-day trial does not auto-renew.

Payment service provider: All payments are processed via Centrobill (Centrobill Ltd., EU, PCI-DSS certified). Card details are entered exclusively on the encrypted Centrobill payment page. We never store card or bank details. We only receive the transaction ID, status and amount. Accepted methods: currently Visa and Mastercard with 3D-Secure authentication; on every payment the issuing bank confirms your identity, which simultaneously verifies that you are of legal age (18+), since credit cards are only issued to adults. The billing descriptor on your bank statement is set by Centrobill.

Diamonds do not expire and can be used at any time as long as the account is active.

Premium and VIP users can create their own AI characters and share them publicly with the community. Shared characters are displayed in the public character library.

Creator Profile: In the creator profile, creators can see how often their shared characters are used by other users.

Earn Diamonds: Creators can earn diamonds when other users use their characters. The exact diamonds per use are displayed in the creator profile and may change.

Ailina reserves the right to review and remove shared characters that violate the content guidelines (§9).

Pursuant to Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) or § 356(5) BGB, your right of withdrawal for digital content expires when you expressly consent to immediate access to the service and thereby confirm that you waive your right of withdrawal.

When purchasing a subscription, the 7-day trial or diamond packages, you will be asked to agree to this condition before completion. After consent and immediate access, a refund is excluded.

Active subscriptions can be cancelled at any time at the end of the current billing period.

General (public, Free + Trial): Ailina is an AI-Entertainment platform for adults (18+) featuring AI-generated companion characters. Standard content includes suggestive chats and tasteful images (bikini, underwear). All characters and generated content are fully fictional and AI-generated.

Explicit content (Premium / VIP, optional): Premium and VIP members can additionally unlock explicit erotic content (images, voice, chat) in their profile. Activation requires separate confirmation (18+ and understanding of the AI nature). All explicit content is also fully synthetic and depicts no real persons. Activation can be revoked anytime in the profile.

Allowed: AI-generated conversations and content between fictional, adult characters.

The use of Ailina is prohibited for:

• Content depicting or involving minors
• Content related to real persons
• Hate speech, discrimination or incitement to violence
• Illegal content of any kind
• Distribution of generated content outside the platform as “real”

Ailina reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Ailina may change these terms at any time. You will be notified by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

The law of the European Union applies. For consumers residing in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection regulations of their country of residence additionally apply.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
